After posts to this place, and others, I think my problem is fixed, so for anyone still having problems. I tried to apply the R5 patch, but didnt work until I installed Lotus Components on the troublesome machine, then install the patch..... ive done this on all the rogue PC's (10'ish) all has been fine for a couple of weeks
